Growing flexible healthcare group seeks a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to work in primary care and Emergency Room/ER in rural High Plains of Kansas-Oakley, KS area! Town of 5,000 people - Great outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking and recreation! Up to $195,000/year plus student loan repayment
This FNP or PA will have the opportunity to work in a stable but growing 12 person primary care team in rural Kansas. The provider will get to be a part of a group that is very flexible and can tailor their strengths to the demands of the community.
Compensation:
o $90-125,000 annual salary plus 5-70k/year in productivity.
o Excellent benefits include: medical for the whole family, 401k, dental, vision, and life benefits.
o 4 weeks' Vacation/PTO and 2 weeks in Sick time. Plus 3 days for CME's and $2500
o 12-20,000 year in loan repayment
Requirement:
o Ties to the area or a strong familiarity of the area- a desire to be here long term
o ER or urgent care experience
About:
o 32 hours a week in the family practice clinic seeing 13-20 patients per day. 4 hours a week for documentation. FNP or PA will do 1 night per week taking ER on call from 3p-7a (0-3 calls typically taken during this time) Provider can work 4 days a week or 5 days a week, 3 days may be an option also
o Only 25% of the patients are medicare.
o This group is very flexible: FNP or PA will have the option to also take in walk in's, urgent care or occupational health if they want. Provider can also do surgery or inpatient if they want.
o APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / ARNP/ FNP-BC, Family Nurse Practitioner or PA/Physician Assistant will work in a primary care/family practice and emergency care/room/ ER setting treating all ages. Group sees a decent amount of OB and kids.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
