We are looking for someone with:
A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and supported dental office team members Ability to grasp new tasks quickly and efficiently Qualities of being punctual, reliable, and adaptable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities include:
Answering all calls and confirming patient appointments Scheduling patients and inputting patient information Collecting payments and sending insurance claims Efficient time management and accurate data entry Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Contribute to team effort by working together to provide the best patient experience Experience not required, we will train the right person.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
